How we work
Merrill Construction is a Maryland contractor licensed under MHIC #164814, run by Eddie Merrill, taking on commercial and residential work across the state.
We cover the whole job rather than one slice of it. Kitchens and bathrooms, decks, roofing and siding, windows and doors, interior remodeling, framing and commercial build-outs. On the custom tile bathroom in our portfolio, the room came out to bare studs and floor joists and every stage after that was self-performed, right through to the finished tile.
All work in housemeans local tradesmen we know, on a schedule we control, so the standard does not change halfway through the job.
Fair local pricingmeans a real number for the work in front of us, quoted in writing after we have come out and looked at it properly.
